Fyliio is WhatsApp document collection software for Chartered Accountant (CA) firms in India and accounting firms worldwide. It asks each client for the exact documents a filing needs, checks every file they send on WhatsApp, reminds them until the list is complete, and shows your team who is done on one board.

CA firms and GST practices whose clients already send documents on WhatsApp and will not use a client portal. It suits firms that chase the same clients every month before GSTR-3B.

GSTR-3B. Each monthly cycle asks for the sales register and purchase invoices, plus the bank statement for clients you reconcile. GSTR-1, TDS, and ITR checklists are planned on the same system.

No. Fyliio does not calculate tax, file returns, or push data to Tally. It hands your team a complete, checked set of documents, and you file in the software you already use.

No. Clients keep using WhatsApp. They get a message listing what you need and reply with photos or PDFs. There is no client portal and no password.

The first request goes 7 days before the due date, then reminders at 4, 2, and 1 day before. Nothing is sent between 9 pm and 9 am IST, reminders pause for 12 hours when a client replies, and they stop once the client’s list is complete.

Yes. A client who replies STOP is opted out and gets no more reminders from your firm.

WhatsApp only lets businesses start a conversation with a message template that Meta has approved. Fyliio’s requests and reminders use approved templates; normal replies are used once the client writes back.

Fyliio’s AI compares each file only with the items still open on that client’s checklist, checks that it covers the right month, and flags duplicates. It never guesses from an open-ended list of document types.

Anything it is unsure about goes to your team’s review queue, and a person decides. Nothing unclear is ticked off automatically.

Fyliio’s database runs in Singapore on Amazon Web Services, and document files are held by Cloudinary under random names. Files open only through links that expire after 60 seconds. The Data policy lists every provider.

WhatsApp messages and the files clients send are deleted automatically after 90 days. The record of which items were received stays while your firm uses Fyliio. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

No. Every request is limited to the firm the staff member is signed in to, and clients never get a login to the workspace.

No. Documents are used only to collect and check filings for your firm. We never sell them, and client documents are never used to train AI models, ours or our providers’.

The Pilot plan is ₹2,999 a month for one firm and one deadline. Growth is ₹4,999 a month for firms running collection every GSTR-3B cycle. Larger practices get custom pricing.
