Fyliio is an online software service provided by GENLUNO (sole proprietorship of Abhishek Bharti), India. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Nothing is delivered by post or courier.
1. How the service is delivered
Fyliio is delivered digitally:
- your firm’s staff sign in at fyliio.com/login; and
- your clients message Fyliio’s WhatsApp number, which routes each message to your firm.
2. Activation time
There is no self-serve signup yet. We set up your firm and your first checklist with you, usually within 2–5 business days of payment or of signing a pilot. WhatsApp message templates need Meta’s approval. Meta controls those timelines, so they can add a few days. We keep you updated throughout.
3. Confirmation
We email the firm admin a payment receipt and a workspace-ready confirmation. Our payment processor may also send its own payment receipt.
4. Service area
Fyliio is available to CA and accounting firms in India and in other countries, subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform availability in your country. We do not currently offer Fyliio to firms in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
5. Problems with delivery
If your workspace is not active within the time above, write to support@fyliio.com. If we cannot activate it, you get a full refund under our Refund and cancellation policy.
