Why we built it
Why this product exists
Every filing season, junior and article staff spend a large part of their week chasing documents before GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, and ITR. The work is WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and Excel trackers. It is high-frequency, money-adjacent, and universally disliked.
Filing software is crowded. The gap is upstream: derive the checklist, ask for it on the channel clients already use, classify what arrives, chase what is missing, and give the partner a board they can trust. That is Fyliio.
Principles
How we operate
Isolation first
Every request is limited to one firm, so no firm can see another’s clients or files. Documents stay the firm’s and the client’s.
Closed-world precision
Fyliio matches each file against the items still open for that cycle, not an open-ended guess. Anything it is unsure about goes to a person on your team.
Polite by default
Quiet hours 21:00–09:00 IST, a 12-hour pause when the client replies, and a hard stop when the packet is complete. Reminders should not cost the relationship.
