Fyliio saves each inbound WhatsApp message before processing it, so an acknowledged file is not dropped from our queue.

If a message arrives while the API is down, Meta retries delivery, so client documents are not lost.

How often is this page updated?
It checks the Fyliio API directly at most once a minute, and every visitor in that minute sees the same result.
Will I lose client documents if the API goes down?
Not because of a short outage. Fyliio saves inbound messages before processing them, and Meta retries delivery if our API does not respond.
Does this page show WhatsApp or AI provider outages?
No. WhatsApp, model inference and file storage can fail independently of Fyliio, and this page checks only the Fyliio website and API.
